Add the ability to create a system restore point before making any critical changes - especially in the junk file removal tool.

Allow me to install the product where I want. My system drive is an SSD drive and I do not like being forced to install utilities on it.

Watch and analyze all boot services, describe them and then offer the user the option to turn them off on subsequent reboots. Sortof an automated msconfig.

When checking for duplicate files on more than one drive at a time I'd like the ability to sort by drive. some duplicates on a backup drive would be good but others I'd like to remove. Possible a way to compare the 2 drives..
